Rates, as well as terms and conditions of service, are set forth in applicable federal and state tariffs. The Calling Card is not transferable.  U.S. South's total liability for loss or damage caused by defects in performance or non-performance of the calling card service shall be limited to a credit for the services that were not provided or performed.  U.S. South will not be liable under any circumstance for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure by U.S. South.  Calling card may be deactivated without notice if fraud is suspected.

The customer named (on the Calling Card) may authorize others to use the card; however, responsibility for payment of charges incurred remains that of the customer named on the card.

If the Calling Card was received from your employer, upon change of employment you must discontinue use of the card and return it promptly to the employer who issued it.
